Electrolarynx Device Loan Program

Electrolarynx Device Loan Program Guidelines

This Electrolarynx Device Loan Program is offered to speech-language pathologists who have patients interested in obtaining their own electrolarynx device, but would like to try a device before buying, or for SLPs who want to learn how to train their patients to use electrolarynx devices. There is no cost for a loaner device, except when the device needs to be returned  (approximately $12-15 for return shipping fees). All device accessories, including the manual, will accompany the loaner device. Additionally, we will provide information about how to purchase these devices from Lauder Enterprises (Servox), Archer Medical Devices (IVOX), and Griffin Labs (Tru-Tone).

If the loaner device is lost or stolen, it will be the patient's responsibility to pay for the device ($250). Please note that the speech-language pathologist is responsible for returning the device after 4 weeks or 28 days.

Unfortunately, due to COVID-19/Coronavirus, the Electrolarynx Device Loan Program is currently on hold. If you would like to be contacted once we begin loaning again, please fill out the form.

Please fill out the following form to request an electrolarynx device loan.

In memory of Debbie Delaney Deaton
1956-2021

Debbie passed away peacefully in January 2021, surrounded by her family.
She was an integral part of the Lary's Speakeasy family, and loved her job distributing supplies so that "her" lary's always had what they needed.
She was born 05/17/56, and is survived by 2 daughters, Nancy and Melissa,
8 grandkids, Jordan, Hannah, Breonna, India, Ian, Odyssey, Kevin, and Noah, and1 great grandbaby, Keimoni.
She loved helping others. She was always taking pictures of everything. She loved her family and friends with her whole heart.
She was loved by many of us, and will be missed by all of us.
